The funniest thing to me is to find some soiled bottoms flashing their colourful combination towards us especially in the early morning hours! I was surprised to witness this from the opposite side of the road facing my flat ! I could see pockets of families trying their best in emptying out their tummies in secrecy on the edges of the roads under construction! These don't bother at all about the neon signs crying out to keep distance from such places. All they have to mention is that they are minding their own business of some privacy where others don't have any say at all !
In the same way, you will find poor people defecate nearby railway platforms. They bathe over there and continue their survival on the public spaces. They are least bothered about the countless eyes watching them. Nothing affects their behaviour whether angry voices question them nor do they feel insecure about their family status since they have accepted the poor conditions of their living. I must admit that I had a very bad experience of witnessing a public toilet on a particular Railway Station being the most dirtiest place on earth... How could somebody use the toilet and just abandon it without cleaning it up????? I really pity those cleaning staff who have to scrub the entire dirtiness in the mornings only to find that it's even the worse in the evenings... No wonder an actress had once confessed that she wouldn't drink a drop of water while travelling in trains for fear that she would have to use the poorly conditioned public toilets. But, no one would be able to control oneself to such a level especially when your train journey requires atleast a day or two !!
Once I was travelling to Kerala by the Kanyakumari General Express Train. I was quite adamant in booking the seat in the General Ladies Compartment in order to have a different experience with the hustle and bustle of the crowd. Ladies from different regions dominated the available seats. People started pouring in at every station. We attacked with angry voices whenever any male entered our ladies compartment! It was so much fun to be there !!
Luckily, I found two female counterparts with the South Indian tagline and we three became a team of powerpuff girls!! We defended each other and served one another with our sisterly love. Nobody ever suspected that we belonged to different places!! We shared and cared. Thus, our journey continued with lots of fun and frolic !
The chai walas and the garma garam samosa wala sold their goodies with an excited pitch! Little children were impatiently devouring the colorful icecreams! The health conscious passengers took salted cucumbers that were cut in beautiful shapes. The water bottle seller sold his 'Paani' for a sum of ten rupees. I couldn't control my excitement in buying my favourite South relished Dal Vadas nicknamed as 'Parippu Vadas!!' Nobody even bothered to look at the silver foiled food parcels as they were labelled as the most 'boring stuff'.
Everything was going quite well for few hours as there was much cleanliness. But, later on...I became disappointed on checking out the inside toilets as they were very dirty. Some of the ladies didn't even bother to flush out properly as they took the public amenities for granted. A particular family littered up our entire berth with peanut shells. It was such a disturbing moment. And, they would yell like cats and dogs when somebody corrected them. It was such a maddening situation !
Now, talking about 'Male Agendas' ...they just love to unzip their pants and empty their filled up tanks even in public places! They are least bothered about the people on the roads and other places. All they want to do is to relieve themselves by standing and emptying. And, the overall result is the unbearable stinky smell of the flushed out urine. This all adds up to the bad situation of polluting the environment with our misdeeds. But, how many of us would really care about it ???
Unfortunately, we seem to be the deaf and dumb monkeys that are quite stubborn in changing our own ways of living...... The only thing we do is messing up the lives of ours as well as that of the others. We are too busy in our own world. We seem to behave in strange ways and mannerisms that spell out our intentions of viewing others as toilet papers cleaning up the mess we have left behind.... I seriously do hope that we will realize about the side effects someday and will change for the better rather than for the worse before it's too late to undo things).

(This has been penned by ME keeping in mind the everlasting problem of 'DEFECATION ' found everywhere and needs to be tackled. The Government has indeed started to clean up the mess but we too must show up the Social Responsibility somewhere down the line.....)
