SINGLE PARENTING :)

    We have often come across the term - 'SINGLE PARENT' and some of us have even experienced the ongoing challenges of being one... It had never occurred to me in my dreams that somedaY I too would have to be a bold single parent owing to the personal  circumstances of my life. But, it's never too easy to face life in such situations.

    I didn't have the slightest idea regarding the seriousness involved in being a single parent even when my mom was taking care of me after the death of my beloved father. I used to view mom's parenting as something very common. I had a vague idea about the whole term. I thought my dad's role was the most prominent thing of my entire world and so I used to not take my mom that seriously...

    Fortunately, there's an openness shown to single parents in this modern era. We have learned to respect them and we do salute them for their captivating boldness in their upbringing ways. But, that doesn't make life very simple for a single parent. There are situations in which humiliations are hurled at single parents. Some of them have to even face sexual harassments especially if they are staying alone. At times, they have to face insecurity via various issues related to their lives. They have to manage things and balance themselves with a cool mind as they don't have the privilege of having the support of their partner.

     I still recall the words of the fabulous Superstar - Hrithik Roshan that he is extremely happy about his single parenting and he is indeed enjoying it a lot! And, it's quite true if we are mature enough to view our 'Single Parenting' as something very precious and meaningful. There are times when we have to put on a tough role inspite of our emotional dilemma. There are times when we are pressurized by the worldly matters. There are times when we have to face incredible risks. Sometimes, things don't seem to be working in our favour. We might even feel like defeated species. And, yes of course! Some very known people might turn us down and certain situations might bring us insults. There might even be testing times where our patience gets sucked up and we kinda feel all stuck up in life. But, no matter what ..we need to survive among the many circumstances of life.
