(O) BARKING DOGS ON BAIL.

      
      'RELEASED ON BAIL'  has  repeatedly been broadcasted in all the cases of criminal records. It's an adopted feature by the dangerous class. It has been found that most of the criminals are indeed secured by the easy availability of 'BAIL' in Our Country INDIA. Thus, becoming the very reason behind the plethora of many unpleasant happenings all over.

       A man laughs at the very idea of going to jail as he knows that he will be granted bail in one way or the other. This results in the careful planning of the foxes in order to prey on their targeted victims who in turn find themselves to be in a helpless situation and thus are forced either to end their shattered lives or to continue themselves as slaves in silence. The word 'BAIL' has encouraged the misunderstanding of pocketing 'LAW AND ORDER' for one's own selfish reasons to a larger extent.

      An evil-minded husband shuns the inner confidence of his innocent wife by mentioning the easy availability of 'BAIL' if she ever goes against him on a legal basis. He emotionally blackmails her and her family especially on the pretext of leaving her permanently. He constantly reminds her that she is quite helpless in framing him especially if he belongs to a well-known background in his hometown. Thus, the woman is made to believe that she is destined to be a damsel in distress and is expected to worship him as well as bear his tactics in silence. "Tum Mera Kuch Nahi Bigaadh Sakhogi" continues to be a lifetime reminder for her. And, unfortunately her family too somehow pressurizes her to remain in silence for the sake of family status. It's as if people are teaching her to remove the adamant stains of an unhappy relationship by rubbing herself with the powder of personal sacrifices !

       No wonder stalkers, rapists, eve-teasers, murderers, womanizers are on the rise as the word 'BAIL' is being openly advertised for the wrong reasons. This in turn encourages the life span of many injustices. On the other hand, the Society too becomes responsible for such heinous acts as it supports the actions of the Male but often questions if a woman tries to handle a man in her own way of self-defence. It is considered as an offense to rebuke the selfish demands of the husband inspite of the domestic violence suffered by the woman. Interestingly, a Woman is treated as an untouchable if she murders her husband or the One who has ruined her life under the given circumstances. But, if the situation happens vice versa..then the Male is found to be roaming around so freely and nobody bothers to even question him anything. This difference is the main drawback of our place.

     In short, 'BAIL'  has been given the same value as that of the 'TOILET PAPER' by those who are quite over-confident of their man power and money power which they would love to misuse to escape the punishments of the stated Law. This doesn't mean that there's no hope for secured and safeguarded policies which in turn bring unavoidable harsh punishments on the law-breakers. There has indeed been an increase in the awareness regarding the safety of lives. Our Law-Makers are trying their level best to revise the security-based reforms. There have been new developments of technological aspects which in turn has proved to be a blessing in curbing the crime to a greater extent. The PUBLIC too has carried its own HUMANITY based Protests and Rallies which has indeed forced the RULING CLASS to come down upon its knees in order to inspect the root causes of the heinous acts taking place in one way or the other. And, what more! There are many like-minded people out there who are eagerly praying for a change in the 'LENIENCY ' of the 'BAIL SYSTEM '  in Our Country. Such ones are waiting for stringent actions to be taken against the  criminalized mentality just like that of Gulf Countries where 'INJUSTICES'  are quite unforgivable and are sliced into unwrapped pieces by the double-edged sword of the 'LAW'.

      Let us Pledge to 'WAKE  UP' in the urgency of a 'SAFE  AND  SECURE ...INDIA ' because 'WE  LOVE  OUR  MOTHERLAND....

               I am glad to emphasize here on the amazing capabilities of the modern youth of today ! The youthful agendas have indeed been given the freshness of positivity. This has helped in arousing  humanism which in turn has inspired many youths from within.        Youths of today are no more shy to come out with their brilliant ideas to change the present things for the betterment of our future. There are incidents taking place where youths have come forward to lend their helping  hands in particular situations.  Here's a list of such inspiring accounts :- (1) A guy from Mumbai named as Reuben defends his friend and his wife when some drunkards had charged at them to molest the woman. (2)  A guy lets loose his pet dogs to chase a stranger who had stabbed a woman at that very moment. Luckily, the accused was caught! (3)  Many Puneite females have come forward with 'FEARLESS...

(Y) THE SUICIDAL LIFE OF DARING TRANSGENDERS.

      ' LIFE' has never been normal throughout the journey of our survival. We are made to face new challenges along the paths of tragedy. We either lose ourselves in the run or we win over the circumstances.
